摘　　要：采用内环吹技术生产细旦多孔锦纶6预取向丝(PA6 POY),再经过假捻拉伸变形技术,生产出细旦多孔锦纶6拉伸变形丝(PA6 DTY),探讨了加工速度、热箱温度、牵伸比、D/Y比等工艺条件对细旦多孔锦纶性能的影响。结果表明:选择较低的加工速度、热箱温度及拉伸比,合理控制解捻张力与加捻张力的比值,可以实现78 dtex/144 f锦纶6细旦多孔DTY的批量生产。当生产速度为650 m/min,热箱温度为160～170℃,拉伸比在1.16～1.18,假捻器盘片组合为1-6-1,D/Y比选择1.6～1.65,网络压力设置在0.3 Pa时,生产出的细旦多孔DTY的断裂强度为3.46 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为23.5%,织物手感柔软滑腻,悬垂性好,具有优良的吸湿排汗和透气性能。The fine denier porous polyamide pre-orientation yarn (POY)was produced by the inner ring blowing technology,and then through false twist texturing technology,fine denier porous polyamide draw textured yarn (DTY)was produced.The effects of speed,heat box temperature,draw ratio and D/Y ratio on the properties of fine denier porous polyamide fiber were discussed.The results show that the mass production of 78dtex/144f polyamide fine denier porous DTY can be achieved when selecting a lower processing speed,heat box temperature and the draw ratio,and reasonably controlling the ratio of the untwisting tension to the twisting tension.When the production speed is 650m/min,the temperature of the heat box is 160~170℃,the draw ratio is 1.16~1.18,the false twister disc is 1-6-1,the D/Y ratio is 1.6~1.65,the interlacing pressure is set at 0.3Pa,the produced fine denier porous DTY has a breaking strength of 3.46cN/dtex and an elongation at break of 23.5%.The fabric feels soft,smooth,and has good drapability. It has excellent moisture absorption,sweat and air permeability.
