摘  要:研究了用于NMMO回收的TiO2光催化技术,探讨了TiO2的添加量、反应时间、反应温度对Lyocell纤维凝固浴溶液的影响。研究结果表明:随着TiO2含量的增加,溶液中有色物质含量先下降后增加,对N-亚硝基吗啉含量没有明显影响,TiO2的最佳质量分数为0.05%;随着反应时间的延长,凝固浴的色度和N-亚硝基吗啉的含量均降低,但反应时间最好不超过60min;随着反应温度的升高,凝固浴的色度逐渐降低,N-亚硝基吗啉的含量先降低后增加,最佳的反应温度为50℃。Application of TiO2 photocatalytic oxidation technology in recovery of NMMO was studied. The effects of TiO2 additive amount, reaction time and reaction temperature on the coagulation bath solution of Lyocell were investigated. The results show that with the increase of TiO2 amount, the colored substances in solution first decreases and then increases, and there is no significant effect on the content of NMOR, and the optimal amount of TiO2 is 0.05%. The chromaticity and the content of NMOR in the coagulation bath solution of Lyocell both decrease with the increase of reaction time, but the reaction time is preferably no more than 60 min. With the increase of reaction temperature, the chromaticity gradually decreases, while the content of NMOR first decreaseds and then increases, and the best reaction temperature is 50 ℃.
