精子核成熟度与妊娠结局的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的分析精子核成熟度与妊娠结局之间的相关性。方法分析2014年1月至2016年12月间108例配偶受孕的男性不育患者的临床资料,根据其配偶妊娠的临床结局分为正常生育组和异常妊娠组,比较两组间精子浓度、前向运动精子百分率、正常形态精子百分率、精子核成熟度等指标的差异,分析精子核成熟度与妊娠结局的相关性。结果 108例配偶受孕的不育症患者中,正常生育74人,异常妊娠(包括生化妊娠、早期流产、晚期引产等)34例,两组间精子浓度、前向运动精子百分率、正常形态精子百分率无明显差异(P>0.05),正常生育组精子核成熟度显著高于异常妊娠组(P<0.01),精子核成熟度与妊娠结局呈正相关(r=0.413,P=0.000)。结论精子核成熟度可能与妊娠结局密切相关,在评估和预测女方妊娠结局时,有必要了解和分析男方精子核成熟度的高低。Objective To analyze the correlation between sperm nucleation maturity and pregnancy outcome.Methods Clinical data of 108 male patients with infertility was retrospectively analyzed.According to the pregnancy outcomes of their spouses,they are divided into normal and abnormal pregnancy groups.The differences of sperm concentration, percentage of forward motile spermatozoon,percentage of normal sperm and sperm nuclear maturity were compared between the two groups for analyzing the correlation between sperm nucleation maturity and pregnancy outcome.Results Of 108 cases of infertility,74 had normal births,34 cases had abnormal pregnancy (including biochemical pregnancy,early abortion,advanced induction of labor,etc,).There were no significant differences in sperm concentration,the percentage of forward motile sperm and the percentage of normal sperm between two groups (P >0.05).But sperm nuclear maturity of the normal fertility group was significantly higher than that of the abnormal pregnancy group (P<0.01),and there was a positive correlation between the sperm nuclear maturity and the pregnancy outcome (r-=0.413,P=0.000).Conclusion Sperm nucleus maturity may be closely related to pregnancy outcome.It is necessary to understand and analyze male sperm nucleus maturity when evaluating and predicting pregnancy outcome.
