摘 要:徐州生物医药产业园5#孵化中心建筑总高度59.8m,两栋塔楼采用框架-剪力墙结构体系,在顶部由两个连廊连接成整体。建筑地上12层,地下2层,属于超限高层建筑。两个高位连廊跨度33.6m,总宽度20.5m,高度9.15m,采用钢桁架结构,弦杆采用H型钢,腹杆采用方钢管,连廊与两侧塔楼之间采用刚性连接。采用抗震性能化设计方法,对主体结构进行小震弹性计算、中震和大震性能验算以及大震弹塑性时程分析,并重点对高位连廊钢结构进行了针对性分析。11层和屋面层连廊位置处楼面的楼板有效宽度变小,因此对楼板进行了专项受力性能分析。最后,根据结构各阶段性能分析结果对薄弱部位采取针对性加强措施,确保结构在满足建筑功能、经济合理的条件下具有较好的抗震性能。The height of the 5# incubation center in Xuzhou Bio-medicine Industrial Park is 59.8 m, and the two tower are frame-shear wall structure, connected to be a unit by two corridors at the top of towers. The building has 12 stories above ground and 2 stories underground, and it is an overrun high-rise building. The two elevated corridors are both 33.6 m long, 20.5 m wide and 9.15 m high, and adopt steel truss structure. The chord members of steel truss are H-shaped steel and the web members of steel truss are square steel tube. The corridors and the tower are rigidly connected. Using the performance-based seismic design method, the elastic analysis under small earthquake, the performance checking calculation under moderate earthquake and rare earthquake, and the elastic-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquake were carried out for the main structure in detail. And the pertinence analysis of the steel structure of the elevated corridors was also conducted. The effective width of floor is reduced at the position of elevated corridors in 11 th floor and roof floor. Thus the special mechanical behavior analysis of the floor was carried out. At last, according to the analysis results of each stage, measures were taken to strengthen the weak parts, to ensure that the structure has better seismic performance under the condition of satisfying the building function and reasonable economy.
