基于投入产出表的陕西煤炭产业关联与波及效应分析

摘　　要：陕西煤炭产业关联和波及效应的研究,对陕西省进行煤炭产业供给侧结构性调整的战略目标的实现及全省经济的健康发展有着重要的意义。基于陕西省42个部门的最新投入产出表数据,通过建立投入产出模型,不仅对煤炭产业关联进行定量分析,还利用感应度系数等指标对煤炭产业的波及效应进行了动态的量化测度。研究表明:陕西煤炭产业关联范围广,前向关联的影响程度强于后向关联,对国民经济起着基础的支撑作用。在供给侧结构性改革背景下,陕西煤炭产业必须要充分考虑该行业对国民经济其他部门的影响,提升整体产业链条的竞争力,借助自身的地理区位优势和资源优势,在"一带一路"的宏观政策指导下,实施"走出去"战略。The research on the correlation and the ripple effect of Shaanxi coal industry is of great significance to the realization of the strategic goal of the supply side structural adjustment of the coal industry and the healthy development of the economy in Shaanxi province.Based on the latest input-output table data of 42departments in Shaanxi Province,through the establishment of input-output model,not only quantitative analysis of coal industry correlation,but also dynamic quantitative measurement of the ripple effect of coal industry by using indicators such as sensitivity coefficient.The research showed that the coal industry in Shaanxi had a wide range of linkages,and the influence of forward linkage was stronger than the backward linkage,which played a basic supporting role for the national economy.Under the background of supply-side structural reform,Shaanxi coal industry must fully consider the impact of the industry on other sectors of the national economy,enhance the competitiveness of the overall industrial chain,and rely on its geographical location and resource advantages,implement the "going out"strategy under the guidance of the macro policy of the "Belt and Road".
