摘  要:进行了3根预应力CFRP筋混凝土梁的抗火性能试验,考虑了荷载比对试验梁抗火性能的影响,分析了梁截面温度场、跨中挠度变形和CFRP应力随时间的变化规律。试验结果表明:(1)当保护层厚度为90mm时,CFRP筋的温度不超过200℃,可有效降低CFRP筋的受火温度;(2)受火初期试验梁的挠度变形增长较快,随后增长速度趋于平缓;(3)随着荷载比的增加,试验梁的抗火性能不断降低;(4)与传统预应力钢筋相比,预应力CFRP筋更易受到温度的影响,最终试验梁由于CFRP筋的断裂而破坏。因此,对于预应力CFRP筋混凝土构件,应采取有效的防火措施。The fire resistance of three prestressed concrete beams with CFRP tendon was carried out.The effect of load ratio on the fire resistance of the test beams was considered.The variation of the temperature field,mid-span deflection and CFRP stress with time was analyzed.The test results show that:(1)When the thickness of the protective layer is 90mm,the temperature of the CFRP tendon will no more than 200℃,which can effectively reduce the temperature of the CFRP tendon exposed to fire;(2)The deflection of the test beam increases rapidly in the initial stage of the fire,and then the growth rate tends to be slow;(3)The fire resistance of the test beam decreases with the increase of the load ratio;(4)Compared with the traditional prestressed steel bar,the prestressed CFRP tendons are more susceptible to temperature.Finally,the test beam was broken due to the fracture of the CFRP tendon.Therefore,effective fire prevention measures should be taken for prestressed reinforced concrete members with CFRP tendons.
