摘　　要：瘀血贯穿于冠心病合并糖尿病病程的始末。基于此特点,文章通过阐述冠心病合并糖尿病血瘀证的病因病机,梳理古今医家对冠心病合并糖尿病的认识,对近年临床上应用活血法对冠心病合并糖尿病血瘀证治疗的研究现状进行了综述。Blood stasis runs through the course of coronary heart disease and diabetes.Based on this feature,the article expounds the etiology and pathogenesis of coronary heart disease complicated with blood stasis syndrome,combs the ancient and modern doctors'understanding of coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus,and conducts research on the current research status of the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with blood stasis syndrome by clinical application of blood circulation method in recent years.
