摘　　要：吞咽障碍是中风病的常见并发症之一,严重影响患者的生活质量,给患者个人及家属带来巨大的经济和精神负担。文章从临床常见的几种针刺方法,包括头针针法、舌针针法、颈项针针法、特色针法四个方面对中风后吞咽障碍的针刺治疗进行综述。Dysphagia is one of the common complications of stroke,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients and brings enormous economic and mental burden to patients and their families.This article reviews the acupuncture treatment of dysphagia after stroke from four aspects of common acupuncture methods,including scalp acupuncture,tongue acupuncture,neck acupuncture and characteristic acupuncture.
