摘　　要：导师丁雷主任医师长期致力于防治甲状腺疾病的中医药临床研究,积累了丰富的理论知识和实践经验。文章从甲亢的体质发病理论、辨体论治、量体施方以及病例介绍四个方面论述了丁师从体质角度论治甲亢的临床经验。强调对甲亢患者的治疗应兼顾体质与指标,基于体质的不同,感邪后的临床表现,"辨体论治""量体施方"以发挥中医药的治疗优势。DING Lei,the chief physician,has been devoted to the TCM clinical research on preventing and treating thyroid diseases for a long time,and accumulated rich theoretical knowledge and practical experience.This paper discusses the clinical experience of DING Lei treatment of hyperthyroidism from the perspective of physical constitution from four aspects: the theory of the pathogenesis of hyperthyroidism.It is emphasized that the treatment of patients with hyperthyroidism should take into account the constitution and the indicators.Based on the differences of constitution,the clinical manifestations after feeling pathogenic factors,and the treatment of patients with hyperthyroidism should be based on body differentiation to give play to the therapeutic advantage of traditional Chinese medicine.
