基于数据挖掘当代医家治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的组方规律分析

摘　　要：目的:基于中医传承辅助平台软件,分析和总结近10年中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)的文献中以中药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的用药规律。方法:收集CNKI中运用中药方剂治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的文献,筛选并建立数据库,运用中医传承辅助系统软件(V2.5)分析治疗糖尿病周围神经病变方剂的用药规律。结果:筛选治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的方剂共129首,涉及中药200味。演化得到的核心组合8个,新处方4个。结论:治疗糖尿病周围神经病变方剂的组方用药规律体现了补虚化瘀的总治疗原则。Objective: Based on the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary platform software,analyzing and summarizing recent 10 years in China journal full-text database(CNKI)in the literature to medication regularity of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods: Collected in the CNKI by using Chinese traditional medicine prescription to treat diabetes peripheral neuropathy,screening,and establish the database using the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary system software(V2.5)analysis of the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy prescription medication regularly.Results: The treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy screening 129 prescriptions,involved in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)of 200.Evolution is the core of the combination of 8,the new prescription of 4.Conclusion: The treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,formula formula law embodies the total therapeutic principles of tonify deficiency and remove gore.
