复方硼酸溃愈汤外洗湿敷治疗糖尿足病热毒炽盛证疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:临床观察复方硼酸溃愈汤外洗湿敷治疗糖尿足病热毒炽盛证的治疗效果。方法:在基础控糖、控制感染等前提下,对40例糖尿足病热毒炽盛证患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各20例;治疗组在局部清创基础上使用复方硼酸溃愈汤(科室自制)外洗湿敷,对照组,在清创消毒后使用生理盐水湿敷,每组每日清洁伤口、外洗湿敷1次,14d为1个疗程,连续治疗28d,观察患者全身症状、体征,创面恢复情况,理化检验指标以及不良反应,进行疗效评价。结果:2组治愈率及有效率比较,治疗组均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后溃疡情况较治疗前有明显改善。结论:复方硼酸溃愈汤外洗湿敷治疗糖尿足病热毒炽盛证具有明显的疗效,且无明显副作用。Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of compound Pengsuan Kuiyu decoction washout and hydropathic compress in treating diabetic foot fever.Methods: Under the premise of basic sugar control and infection control,40 patients with glucocorticulitis syndrome were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,20 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with compound boric acid ulceration(self-made)on the basis of local debridement.The control group was wetted with physiological saline after debridement and disinfection.Each group was cleaned daily and externally washed once,14 days for 1 course and continuous treatment for 28 days.The patient's systemic symptoms,signs,wound recovery,physical and chemical test indicators and adverse reactions were observed to evaluate the efficacy.Results: The cure rate and effective rate of the two groups were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).The ulcer condition in the treatment group was significantly improved after treatment.Conclusion: Compound Pengsuan Kuiyu decoction and wet dressing has obvious curative effect on the treatment of diabetic foot disease,and there is no obvious side effect.
