中药治疗股骨髓内钉术后非感染性骨不连临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药治疗股骨髓内钉术后非感染性骨不连的临床疗效。方法:选取股骨骨折采用髓内钉固定术后非感染性骨不连患者50例,随机均分为2组,所有患者均在保留髓内钉的基础上,采用附加侧方钢板和髂骨植骨术的方法治疗,试验组术后加服中药"特制接骨丸"2个月进行治疗,比较两组术后骨折愈合情况,VAS评分及依据Tohner-Wrnch标准的疗效评价。结果:术后随访试验组在骨折愈合时间,VAS评分及Tohner-Wrnch标准的疗效评价方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:服用中药"特制接骨丸"治疗股骨髓内钉术后非感染性骨不连可以加快骨折愈合、减轻术后疼痛和促进功能恢复。Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in treating non-infectious nonunion after intramedullary nailing.Methods: 50 patients with non-infective nonunion after intramedullary nailing were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.All patients were treated with additional lateral plate and iliac bone grafting on the basis of retaining intramedullary nail.The experimental group was treated with the Tezhi Jiegu pill for 2 months after operation.After treatment,the fracture healing,VAS score and curative effect according to Tohner-Wrnch criteria were compared between the two groups.Results: The time of fracture healing,VAS score and Tohner-Wrnch criteria were better in the follow-up group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of non infective nonunion after intramedullary nailing with the Tezhi Jiegu pill can accelerate fracture healing,relieve postoperative pain and promote functional recovery.
