红光照射配合紫草油膏外涂治疗压疮临床护理观察

摘　　要：目的:观察红光照射配合紫草油膏外涂治疗压疮的临床护理效果。方法:伴发压疮患者100例,随机分为2组,每组50例。对照组采用常规压疮治疗与护理方法;观察组在对照组治疗和护理的基础上采用红光照射配合紫草油膏外涂,连续4周时间。监测并记录患者创面大小、肉芽生长情况以及创面愈合的时间,对比两组治疗后的临床效果。结果:观察组总有效率达到94.0%,明显高于对照组80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者中少量肉芽组织生长与无肉芽组织生长比例明显低于对照组,但中等肉芽组织生长与大量肉芽组织生长比例明显高于对照组,差异皆有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组通过治疗后压疮创面面积都明显减小(P<0.05),且观察组创面面积减小程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组压疮愈合的时间明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论:红光照射结合紫草油膏外涂加快压疮创面的愈合,促进肉芽组织的生长,缩短愈合的时间,临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective: To observe the clinical nursing observation of red lighting and arnebiae radix oil ointmen external application treatment of pressure ulcer.Method: 100 patients with pressure ulcer were randomly divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases).The control group was treated with conventional nursing methods;The observation group was treated with red lighting and AROO external application for 4 weeks.The wound size,granulation growth and wound healing time were monitored and recorded,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results: The total effective rate of the observation group(94%)was significantly higher than the control group(80%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The granulation tissue grew better in the observation group than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the wound area of pressure ulcer in observation group and control group all decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the degree of wound area reduction in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05);The time of pressure ulcer healing in observation was shorter than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Red lighting combined with Arnebia oil ointment could accelerate the healing of pressure ulcer wound,promote the growth of granulation tissue,shorten the healing time.The clinical effect is remarkable,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
