少腹逐瘀汤合寿胎丸治疗肾虚血瘀型胎动不安临床体会

摘　　要：少腹逐瘀汤源于《医林改错》下卷,其主要功效为活血祛瘀,温经止痛。《血证论》中亦提到:"血滞当活,血瘀当化","若瘀血不去,则新血不生",正与现代医学不谋而合。处于妊娠期的母体属于高凝状态,如果母体的凝血和免疫调节机制等发生异常时,母体的血液黏度、外周阻力等随之异常升高,使胎盘中血栓形成、自然流产及死胎的发生率增加。所以文章主要讨论用少腹逐瘀汤合寿胎丸通过活血补肾安胎法治疗肾虚血瘀型的胎动不安,在临床上取得了良好的疗效。Objective: Shaofu Zhuyu decoction originates from"Yilin Gaicuo",and its main effect is to promote blood circulation and ease blood stasis,warm the meridian to relieve pain."Xuezhenglun"mentioned:"Blood stagnation should be active,blood stasis should be changed","if blood stasis does not go,new blood will not be born",It coincides with modern medicine.During pregnancy,the maternal body is in a hypercoagulable state.If the maternal blood coagulation and immunomodulation mechanism are abnormal,the maternal blood viscosity and peripheral resistance will increase,resulting in the formation of thrombus in the placenta.The incidence of spontaneous abortion and stillbirth increased.So,this article mainly discusses the treatment of fetal uneasiness of kidney deficiency and blood s tasis type by using Shaofu Zhuyu decoction Heshouti pill through activating blood circulation and An-foetus method,and has obtained good curative effect in clinic.
