摘　　要：通过对如何加速学会档案管理的信息化等问题做较为深入地探讨,针对学会档案管理制度化、规范化的要求,提出如何提高学会档案管理人员的管理水平以及加速档案管理信息化建设方面的建议,同时对学会档案的归档和使用提出建议,力求学会资料档案管理工作更加规范化。采用新技术来确保信息安全和档案资源的安全。Through in-depth discussion on how to accelerate the informationization of the archives management,and in response to the requirements of the institutionalization and standardization of the archives management,the paper puts forward suggestions on how to improve the management level of the archives management personnel and accelerate the construction of information management of archives management.At the same time,it puts forward suggestions on the archiving and use of the archives of the society,and strives to learn more standardized work on the management of data files.Adopt new technologies to ensure information security and file resources security.
