摘 要:由于高温材性试验条件的复杂性,以及建筑结构材料类型的多样性,传统的接触式测试技术日渐成为制约高温材性测试精确性及完整性的瓶颈。通过对比分析位移引伸计,电阻应变片和非接触式应变视频测量系统3种测试手段得到的S355钢试件、S690钢试件及1 860MPa级7×5预应力钢绞线的常温及高温的应变历程数据,旨在研究非接触式应变视频测试方法在材料高温力学性能测试中的有效性及可靠性。对比试验结果表明,非接触式应变视频测试方法具有测量试件全过程变形量的优势,适用于不同类型材料试件的高温材性试验数据测试。Due to the complexity of high - temperature mechanical property test and diversity of building structure material ,traditional contact measuring technologies have become the obstruction of precise measurement of mechanicalproperties of specimens at elevated temperatures.In order to explore effective and reliable non - contact video gaugeduring high - temperature tensile test, this study carried out the tensile test of S355structure steel coupon and 1 860MPa 7×5prestressed steel strands by using strain gauge , extensometer and non - contact video gauge ,and also conductthe tensile test of high strength steel S690coupon at elevated temperature using high temperature extensometer andnon - contact video gauge.Comparing the results of these tests , it is found that the non - contact video gauge has theadvantage of measuring deformation of specimens duringthe whole process of experiment.In addition , non - contactvideo gauge can be used to measure strain and deformation in high - temperature mechanical property experiment ofdifferent materials.
