摘　　要：目的评价静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)药师个体化医嘱审核对肠外营养医嘱合理率的影响。方法通过PIVAS管理系统提取肠外营养医嘱信息,依据《临床诊疗指南:肠外肠内营养学分册》等相关指南,对某院普通外科2016年1～6月和2017年同期的肠外营养医嘱合理率的变化进行分析。结果药师干预后,PIVAS肠外营养不合理医嘱显著下降,由2016年1～6月的1 294例(58.37%)下降到2017年同期的147例(6.82%)。结论 PIVAS药师通过个体化医嘱审核,在保证肠外营养的稳定性、相容性、组方合理性等方面起到了重要作用。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the pharmacists intervention effect of parenteral nutrition prescriptions in pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS). METHODS The parenteral nutrition prescriptions of the general surgery department were collected in PIVAS management system from January to June 2016. The rationality of parenteral nutrition prescriptions were analyzed according to the requirements of Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guideline:Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition Fascicule(2008 edition).Comparison would been done during the the same period in 2017. RESULTS After the intervention, the irrational parenteral nutrition prescriptions were decreased significantly, from 1 294 cases (58.37%) from January to June in 2016 to 147 cases (6.82%) in the same period in 2017. CONCLUSION PIVAS pharmacists have played an important role in ensuring the stability, compatibility and rationality of parenteral nutrition prescriptions through individual prescriptions audit.
