摘  要:准确的微生物诊断是人工关节感染治疗成功的关键,但传统微生物培养方法诊断的敏感性和特异性均不高,且耗时长。微生物分子诊断方法直接检测样本中微生物的核酸,具有检测灵敏度高、检测时间短等优点,可有效弥补培养方法的不足,提高人工关节感染的微生物检出率。本文回顾了近年来分子诊断方法在人工关节感染微生物诊断中的应用和研究进展,归纳和比较了不同的分子诊断技术体系的特点,为临床的应用和研究提供参考。Accurate microbiological diagnosis is the key to success in the treatment of periprosthetic joint infection. Tradition-al microbial cultivation has low diagnostic sensitivity and specificity and takes a long time. Microbiological molecular diagnos-tics have the advantages of high detection sensitivity and short detection time in identifying the microbial nucleic acid in clini-cal samples, which can effectively make up for the disadvantages of cultivation. This article reviewed the application and re-search progress of molecular diagnostic methods in the microbiological diagnosis of periprosthetic joint infection in recentyears, summarized and compared the characteristics of different molecular diagnostic techniques, providing references for clini-cal application and research.
