摘 要:为了解决热轧板带头部因金属流量失衡而导致的拉窄问题,以热连轧机液压活套系统为研究对象,对活套的高度控制进行了研究分析,并在此基础上提出了头部流量快速补偿等起套控制的改进策略,以达到活套对带钢头部的张力和套量的精确控制。并以马钢2250mm热轧精轧产线为试验平台,按照制定的改进策略进行了起套的功能改进和参数校正试验。通过试验,解决了带钢头部长距离拉窄问题,提升了起套的控制性能,并建立了活套起套性能指标的参考标准。In order to solve the problem of hot rolled strip head narrowing caused by metal flow unbalance.Taking the hydraulic looper system of the hot continuous rolling mill as research objects,the control of the looper height was studied.And on that basis,the improvement strategies of the raising-up control of looper were put forward, such as the rapid compensation of the strip head flow,in order to realize the precise control of the tension of the strip head and looper height.With the 2250 HSM hydraulic looper control system in Masteel as the research platform,the experiments on the functional improvement and parameter correction of the looper raising-up were carried out.Through the experiments,the problem of long-distance drawing of strip head was solved and the raise control performance of looper improved.And the raise control performance reference standard was established.
