摘  要:宁钢1号高炉配置3座内燃式热风炉,自2009年以来进行了一系列修复工作,2012年起3号热风炉出现隔墙鼓包等现象,送风温度只能勉强维持在1 050℃。针对1高炉内燃式热风炉的种种问题,利用现有场地设计1座顶燃式热风炉,形成3座内燃式及1座顶燃式热风炉组,投运后最高送风风温提高80℃,燃料比降低20kg/t,保证了1号高炉安全、稳定、经济地生产,也为单座热风炉故障处理或检修提供了保障。The No.1blast furnace in Ningsteel was equipped with three internal combustion hot stoves , and a seriesof revamping work had been carried out since 2009.However, the partition wall bubbles appeared in No.3hot stovesince 2012and the blast temperature of blast furnace could only be 1 050℃.According to the problems of the hotstoves for the No.1blast furnace , a new top - combustion hot stove was built and composed a new hot stove group inwhich there were 3internal - combustion hot stoves and 1top - combustion hot stove.The operation results showedthat the maximum blast temperature increased by 80 ℃ and the fuel ratio reduced by 20kg/ t , which ensured thesafety , stability and economic production of No.1blast furnace and provided the guarantee for fault handlingoroverhaul of a single hot stove as well.
