摘 要:为了研究表检系统在镀锡产品检测上的适用性,结合镀锡产线自身特点与镀锡产品质量检验要求,通过传统表检技术与现代检测技术对比的方法,阐述并论证了选择线扫描表检系统对镀锡产品表面缺陷进行在线检测能够更好地适应镀锡产品表面缺陷的检测。同时,实践证明线扫描在镀锡产品缺陷检测上应用效果较好,优化了镀锡产品生产工艺,提高了镀锡产品表面质量,也减少了因表面缺陷漏检造成缺陷产品流转至客户。In order to study the applicability of surface inspection system in tin-plating product inspection,combining the characteristics of tin-plating line with the quality inspection requirements of tin plating products,through the comparison of the traditional surface detection technology and modern detection technology,it was proved that choosing the line sensor surface defect detection system for tin products on-line detection can better adapt to the tin plating product surface defect detection.At the same time,the practice proved that the line sensor surface defect detection system had a good effect on the tinplate products surface defects detection,optimized the product’s manufacturing technique,improved the surface quality of the products,and decreased the products with undetected defects sold to customers.
