摘  要:内部夹杂是抚顺特钢常见的探伤缺陷之一,采用探伤定点取样、低倍酸浸、高倍显微镜以及扫描电镜等工具进行了分析。20Cr和20CrMnTi属于低碳铝脱氧钢,内部夹杂化学成分以Al-Mg-Ca-O为主,属氧化物夹杂。产生原因是由于精炼的脱氧产物Al2O3与钢水反应后未上浮去除。通过修正精炼炉渣成分予以解决。Internal inclusion was one of the commonly detected defects in Fushun Special Steel Co.,Ltd. The internal inclusion was analyzed by detected positional sampling,acid leaching,microscope and scanning electron microscope.20 Cr and 20 CrMnTi belonged to low carbon aluminum deoxidation steel. And the internal inclusion was the oxide inclusion,which chemical composition was mainly Al-Mg-Ca-O. The cause was that the inclusion was not removed after the reaction of refining deoxidation product Al2 O3 and liquid steel. Thus,the internal inclusion could be improved by modifying the composition of refining slag.
