摘  要:通过对多组同批垫片多次进行维氏硬度试验,分析了试验过程中各显著因素对测量结果不确定度的影响,并根据GB/T 4340.1-2009计算了硬度值的不确定度。结果表明,多组同批样品试验时,通过合并样本方差来计算测量误差引起的不确定度要优于一般计算方法;考虑硬度计的系统误差计算得出的不确定度要比考虑硬度计的最大允许误差计算得出的不确定度小。The influence of various significant factors on the uncertainty of the measurement results during the experiment was analyzed through Vickers hardness tests of the same batch gaskets. And the uncertainty of the hardness value was calculated according to GB/T 4340.1-2009. The results showed that when multiple groups of samples were tested in the same batch,the calculation of the uncertainty caused by the measurement error by combining the sample variance was better than the general calculation method. The uncertainty calculated by considering the system error of the sclerometer was less than that calculated by considering the maximum allowable error of the sclerometer.
