提高宽厚板轧机工作辊轴承使用寿命的研究

摘　　要：为了提高某厂特厚板轧机工作辊轴承的使用寿命,通过对轧机工作辊轴承使用工况,以及目前轴承维护方法进行分析,得出影响轧机工作辊轴承使用寿命的主要原因。通过制定合理的轴承维护方法和轴承快速清洗设备,使得特厚板轧机工作辊轴承的使用寿命得到了明显提高。结果表明:合理的轴承维护方法、轴承快速清洗设备,能够减少人力,提高清洗效果,提高工作辊轴承使用寿命,在降低备件费用的同时,也提高了工作辊工作效率。In order to increase the service life of the work roll bearing of a special plate mill,through the analysis of the working condition of the rolling mill bearing and the current bearing maintenance method,the service life of the work roll bearing of the heavy plate mill was obviously improved by a reasonable bearing maintenance method and bearing quick cleaning equipment. The results show that the reasonable maintenance method of bearing and the quick cleaning equipment of bearing have the effect of reducing the manpower,improving the cleaning effect,improving the service life of the work roll bearing,and improving the working efficiency of the work roll while reducing the cost of the spare parts.
