摘 要:探讨了以羧甲基马铃薯渣为原料的高吸水树脂对Pb^(2+)吸附作用的影响因素及机理,研究了吸附方式、Pb^(2+)浓度、树脂粒径等对Pb^(2+)吸附量的影响,并用透射电镜和扫描电镜进行了表征。结果表明:动态法的吸附速率明显高于静态法;树脂对Pb^(2+)的最佳吸附浓度为8mg/L,Pb^(2+)去除率为48.37%;对Pb^(2+)最佳吸附粒径为60-80目。树脂对Pb^(2+)的吸附是通过表面吸附、网络结构内部的束缚作用和官能团的络合作用方式实现的。In order to explore the influence of Pb2+ on the adsorption of super absorbent polymer based on carboxymethyl potato pulp, we reached the effect of the adsorption methods, Pb2+ concentration, resin particle size, adsorption capacity of Pb2+ and characterized by transmission electron microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the dynamic adsorption rate was significantly higher than that of the static method;the best adsorption resin for Pb2+ concentration was 8 mg/L, the removal rate of Pb2+ was48.37%;the best adsorption on Pb2+ particle size was 60-80 mesh;Adsorption of Pb2+ on the resin was carried out by surface adsorption, the internal restraint of the network structure and the complexation of functional groups.
