摘  要:本文通过在聚3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩(PEDOT)导电高分子中引入可溶性高分子聚电解质聚对苯乙烯磺酸钠(PSS),对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSNa),烯丙基磺酸钠(SAS),丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和苯乙烯(St)等,制备了PEDOT/PSS、PEDOT/P(SSNa-SAS)和PEDOT/P(SSNa-BA-St)三种复合膜,并比较了三者的感湿特性。结果表明:在11%-97%湿度范围内三者都表现出了较高的灵敏度,但在相同条件下,PEDOT/P (SSNa-SAS)和PEDOT/P(SSNa-BA-St)的阻值都比PEDOT/PSS膜小2-3个数量级,并且PEDOT/P(SSNa-BA-St)的线性响应度比PEDOT/P(SSNa-SAS)高8.2%。In this work, soluble polystyrene-sodium sulfonate(PSS), para-sodium styrene sulfonate(SSNa), Sodium Allyl Sulfonate(SAS),butyl acrylate(BA) and styrene(St) were introduced into poly3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene(PEDOT) to prepare PEDOT/PSS, PEDOT/P(SSNa-SAS) and PEDOT/P(SSNa-BA-St) humidity sensor. Then the moisture sensitizations were carefully compared which shows all of them performed high sensitivity under 11%-97%RH condition. The results showed in the 11%-97%RH that all three performed high sensitivity, but under the same conditions, the resistance of PEDOT/P(SSNa-SAS)and PEDOT/P(SSNa-BA-St) humidity sensors are 2-3 orders smaller than PEDOT/PSS humidity sensors, and the linear response of the PEDOT/P(SSNa-BA-St) humidity sensor is 8.2% higher than that of the PEDOT/P(SSNa-SAS).
