摘  要:阐述仙游抽水蓄能电站2号发电机组推力轴瓦在机组低速启动运行时,造成轴瓦径向边缘磨损事故,基于该事故的分析、改进全过程,认为主要原因是高压注油泵出口溢流阀(安全阀)动作压力整定值过低,在机组启动时导致镜板与瓦不能完全脱开,同时推力轴瓦、高压注油系统流量设计安全裕度不足,最终导致在机组低转速运行时造成推力轴承瓦表面局部磨损。通过对高压注油系统进行优化改进,改善在机组启动低速运行时推力瓦油膜建立,彻底解决推力瓦运行隐患。The thrust bearing pads of unit 2 generator of Xianyou pumped storage power station is starting up when the unit starts in low speed,cause the radial edge wear accident of thrust bearing pads.Based on the accident analysis and improvement of the whole process,the main reason is that high pressure oiling pump outlet overflow valve (safety valve)action pressure setting value is too low,at the start of the unit,the runner and the thrust bearing pad cannot be completely disengaged,at the same time,the design safety margin of the thrust bearing pads and high pressure oiling system flow is insufficient,ultimately lead to local wear of thrust bearing pad surface when the unit runs in low speed.Optimize and improve the high-pressure oiling system,improve the oil film of thrust bearing pad when the unit runs in low speed,completely solve the hidden danger of thrust bearing pad.
