摘 要:目的探讨疮灵液体外抗菌作用及其对敏感菌感染疮疡模型大鼠的影响。方法采用试管法和平板法分别检测疮灵液对外科感染常见病原菌菌株的最低抑菌浓度值(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。采用耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌复制细菌感染疮面大鼠模型,随机分为模型组、疮灵液组和夫西地酸组,观察干预后第3、7天的疮面面积和疮面分泌物中菌落数。结果疮灵液对金黄色葡萄球菌标准菌株(ATCC 25923)、耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌、舒巴坦铜绿甲单孢菌标准菌株(ATCC 27853)、耐氨苄西林舒巴坦铜绿甲单孢菌、大肠杆菌、粪球球菌、变形杆菌、肺炎克雷白氏菌、阴沟杆菌和鲍曼不动杆菌的MIC分别为7.03、3.51、56.25、28.13、28.13、14.06、3.51、56.25、28.13和14.06mg/ml,MBC分别为14.06、7.03、112.50、56.25、56.25、28.13、7.03、112.50、56.25和28.13mg/ml。与模型组相比,疮灵液组和夫西地酸组疮面面积和疮面菌落数均减少(P<0.05)。结论疮灵液对金黄色葡萄球菌标准菌株(ATCC 25923)、耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌和变形杆菌具有较好的抗菌作用,且对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌感染创面具有良好的杀菌作用,促进疮面恢复。Objective To investigate the antibacterial effect of Chuanglingye in vitro and its effect on the skin and external diseases model with sensitive bacteria infection of rats.Methods The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)of common pathogens by Chuanglingye were detected with a test tube method and plate method,respectively.The rat model of ulcer infection was replicated using methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus and then randomly divided into three groups of model group,Chuanglingye group and fusidic acid group.The area of ulcer surface and number of colonies in the ulcer secretions on the 3 rd and 7 th day after intervention were measured.Results The MIC of Staphylococcus aureus standard strain(ATCC25923),methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus,sulbactam Aeromonas aeruginosa standard strain(ATCC 27853),ampicillin sulbactam resistant Aeromonas aeruginosa,Escherichia coli,Enterococcus faecalis,Proteusbacillus vulgaris,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Bacillus levans and Acinetobacter baumannii were 7.03,3.51,56.25,28.13,28.13,14.06,3.51,56.25,28.13 and 14.06 mg/ml,while the MBC of which were 14.06,7.03,112.50,56.25,56.25,28.13,7.03,112.50,56.25 and 28.13 mg/ml,respectively.Compared with model group,the area of ulcer surface and number of colonies in ulcer secretions were significantly decreased in Chuanglingye group and fusidic acid group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chuanglingye has great antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus standard strain(ATCC 25923),methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus and Proteusbacillus vulgaris.Chuanglingye has good germicidal efficacy against methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus and may promote the hilling of the ulcer.
