摘 要:北京大兴国际机场航站楼屋盖为大跨度不规则曲面节点桁架结构,具有造型复杂、跨度大、施工难度高的特点。该结构施工时间长,在施工过程中需要考虑季节因素、太阳辐射等条件所造成的温度变化的影响。对北京新机场航站楼屋盖钢结构合龙与落架技术进行研究,进行了温度作用下的合龙分析、屋盖钢结构落架过程力学分析,并对整体结构落架方案进行了仿真模拟,验证了北京新机场航站楼屋盖钢结构合龙与落架过程中的安全性与合理性。The roof of Beijng New Airport terminal is a long-span irregular curved truss. It has the characteristics of complex modeling, long span and high construction difficulty. The construction period of the structure is long, and the influence of temperature change caused by seasonal factors and solar radiation should be considered in the construction process. The paper studied the closure and unloading technignes of Beijing Daxing International Airport steel roof. The closing progress and mechanical analysis during unloading progress of the steel roof under temperature effect were studied. And the simulation of the overall structure of unloading scheme was conducted. The security and rationality of closure and unloading scheme of Beijing Daxing International Airport steel roof was verified.
