摘　　要：研究目的:探究中国城市建设用地资源错配的产生机理并对其来源进行分解,为纠正城市建设用地资源错配提供参考。研究方法:基于Cobb-Douglas生产函数,采用定量分析与定性分析相结合的方法,并尝试对HSIEH&KLENOW的资源错配模型进行拓展。研究结果:考察期内工业、住宅用地存在过量配置,而商服用地则配置不足,且造成三类建设用地资源错配的主要来源不尽相同。研究结论:短期内纠正存量建设用地在不同行业间的资源错配已成为土地资源约束下提高经济产出的最佳选择。The purpose of this paper is to explore the generation mechanism of the misallocation of urban construction land in China and decompose its sources.The suggestions for correcting the misallocation are also provided.The research method employed is based on Cobb-Douglas production function combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis.And the resource misallocation model of Hsieh & Klenow is also expanded.The results show that the allocation of industrial land and residential land are excessive and the allocation of commercial land is insufficient during the periods of investigation.The conclusion is that the best choice to improve the economic output under the constraint on land resources in the short term is optimizing the extant construction land allocation among the different land use types.
