摘　　要：目的探索大理州基本公共卫生服务基层从业人员工作满意度因子,为提高工作满意度提供科学依据。方法采用整群随机抽样方法对大理州乡村两级186名公共卫生服务人员开展自填式问卷调查,并对收集的数据进行描述性统计和因子分析。结果经过因子分析,抽取3个公因子,可解释总方差的79.79%。按百分率转化,大理州基层公共卫生服务人员综合满意度较低,仅为64. 39%;影响基层公共卫生服务人员工作满意度的因子得分从大到小依次为工作本身与回报(0.425)、个人成就感(0.171)和培训(0.162)。从不同类别来看,山区、村级、月收入低、日均工作时间长以及无养老保险的基层公共卫生服务人员综合满意度得分较低。结论大理州基层公共卫生服务人员工作满意度较低,政府及有关部门应根据满意度影响因子制定有针对性的措施进行干预,并关注不同类别人员间满意度所存在的差别,重点关注山区的村级公共卫生服务人员或对其进行政策倾斜。Objective To explore the satisfaction factors of the basic public health service's primary practitioners in Dali prefecture ,provide scientific basis for improving satisfaction.Methods Random cluster sampling method was used and 186 primary practitioners were surveyed by questionnaire,and the date was analyzed by descriptive statistics and factor analysis.Resuits After factors analysis ,3 factors were extracted,which accounted for 79.79% variance.According to percentage conversion,the overall satisfaction of the basic public health service's primary practitioners in Dali prefecture was low,only 64.39%.Work and return(0.425),personal accomplishment(0.171)and training (0.162)were the main factors of influence.The satisfaction on the mountains,village levels ,low monthly income,long working hours and without pension insurance of the basic public health service's primary practitioners were low.Conclusion The satisfaction of the basic public health service's primary practitioners in Dali prefecture is not optimistic.The government and relevant departments should take specific measures to intervene and pay attention to the difference among different groups,especially to the village level of practitioners in the mountain areas to give attention or support of policy.
