摘　　要：目的了解黑龙江省居民由于伤害导致的死亡情况,为政府制定干预策略提供依据。方法按照国际疾病分类对黑龙江省2014-2017年居民病伤死因资料进行统一的分类编码,利用死亡率、死亡构成比等指标对伤害状况进行统计分析,统计学处理方法使用X^2检验。结果2014-2017年黑龙江省居民意外伤害死亡人数28034人,伤害死亡率为18.31/10万,2014-2016年标化伤害死亡率之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。伤害主要死亡原因是交通事故和自杀,两者伤害死亡率分别为8.35/10万和2.67/10万。0~14岁儿童、15~39岁青壮年以及40~64岁中年人群的伤害死亡以交通事故为主,分别占各自年龄段伤害死亡病例的43.90%、54.42%和55.20%;≥65岁老年人群的伤害死亡以意外跌落为主(41.84%)。结论黑龙江省意外伤害的死亡率目前处于较高水平,其中交通事故、自杀和意外跌落是伤害死亡的主要原因,应针对不同性别和年龄的伤害死亡原因,采取相应的措施,有效预防和控制伤害的发生。Objective To explore the deaths status of injury in Heilongjiang province and provide scientific advice for intervention strategy.Methods According to the international classification of diseases,the causes of death of residents in Heilongjiang province from 2014 to 2017 were classified and coded,and the injury status was statistically analyzed by means of death rate and death composition.The chi-square test was used for statistical methods.Result During 2014 and 2017,injury death toll were 28034,and injury mortality was 18.31/100000.There was statistical significance between the different standardized injury mortality of different years (P <0.01).Traffic accidents and suicide were the major causes of death injuries ,with death rates of 8.35/100000and 2.67/100000 respectively.Children aged 0-14 years ,young adults aged 15-39 and middle-aged adults between 40 and 64 years of age were killed in traffic accidents,with the proportion of 43.90%,54. 42% and 55.20%.The injury death in the elderly over the age of 65 was mainly due to accidental falls(41.84%).Conclusion The mortality rate of accidental injury in Heilongjiang province is currently at a high level.The traffic accident,suicide and accidental fall are major cause of injury death.It should take corresponding measures to effectively prevent and control the injury occurred according to different gender and age.
