天南星科9种易混淆药材的鉴别特征概述

摘　　要：天南星科菖蒲属、半夏属等包含的一些常用药材名称相近,别名众多,性状相似,不同地区因用药习惯不同而常易混淆。从基原植物、药材性状、显微特征、理化特征及分子生物学鉴定等方面阐述了天南星科易混药材石菖蒲、水菖蒲、千年健、白附子、犁头尖、虎掌南星、天南星、半夏及滴水珠的鉴别特征,为天南星科常见药材的规范使用提供了参考。Herbs of Acorus and Pinellia,which belong to Araceae are numerous in designation and similar in characteristic,and often are misused due to distinct medication customs in different districts.In this paper,we reviewed the methods of identification of 9 confusing traditional Chinese medicinal materials of Araceae,including Acorus tatarinowii,Acorus calamus,Homalomena occulta,Typhonium giganteum,Typhonium divaricatum,Arisaema heterophyllum,Pinellia pedatisecta,Pinellia ternate,and Pinellia integrifolia.We showed their difference in original plants,morphological characteristic,microscopic characteristic,physical characteristic and chemical characteristic,as well as the molecular biology methods used in identification of them.Our paper will help people use these 9 traditional Chinese medicinal materials normatively.
