2017年安阳市重点职业病职业健康检查结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解安阳市接触粉尘(煤尘、矽尘)、苯、铅、噪声等重点职业病危害因素的在岗职工职业健康情况,为保护劳动者健康,制定职工健康的预防措施提供科学依据。方法根据《职业健康检查管理办法》及《职业健康监护技术规范》规定和要求,对安阳市辖区内接触粉尘(煤尘、矽尘)、苯、铅、噪声等重点职业病危害因素的12 739名在岗职工进行职业健康检查。结果共检出1项或1项以上结果异常的7 040人,检出率为55.3%;检出目标疾病98人(疑似尘肺24人、疑似职业性噪声聋36人、疑似职业性慢性苯中毒6人、粉尘作业职业禁忌证8人、噪声作业职业禁忌证20人、苯作业职业禁忌证3人、铅作业职业禁忌证1人),检出率为0.8%。结论该市重点职业病危害作业人员健康状况不容乐观,应加强职业病防治宣传和监管力度,提高用人单位及广大职工的职业卫生法制意识,做好职业健康检查工作。Objective To understand the health status of the workers exposed to important occupational hazard factors such as dust( coal dust,silica dust),benzene,lead and noise,to provide a scientific basis for the protection of the workers health and its relevant rights and interests,and develop preventive measures for workers health. Methods According to the regulation and requirements of the Occupational Health Examination Management Measures and Occupational Health Surveillance Norms issued by health and family planning commission,the occupational health examination were carried out for 12 739 workers exposed to important occupational hazard factors in a city. Results Of 12 739 workers,7 040( 55.3%) were detected one or more abnormal examination results;98 patients( 24 suspicious pneumoconiosis cases,36 suspicious occupational noise-induced deafness cases,6 suspicious occupational benzene poisoning cases and 8 dust professional contraindicated cases,20 noise professional contraindicated cases,3 benzene professional contraindicated cases;1 professional contraindicated cases) were detected. The detection rate was 0.8%.Conclusion Physical conditions of the workers exposed to important occupational hazard factors is not optimistic in this city.The occupational health management department should strengthen the propaganda,supervision and management work of occupational disease prevention and treatment.The employers and employees should improve the legal awareness of occupational health,and do well in occupational health inspection.
