摘　　要：目的观察盆腔炎颗粒治疗盆腔炎性疾病的效果。方法收集新宾县中医院2017-2018年收治的盆腔炎性疾病患者73例,随机分为观察组36例和对照组37例。对照组接受奥硝唑治疗,观察组联合应用盆腔炎颗粒,比较两组治疗效果。结果两组治疗后中医证候积分、血浆比黏度、全血黏度、高切变率下全血黏度、白介素-2和肿瘤坏死因子-α差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盆腔炎颗粒能够有效改善盆腔炎性疾病患者的症状、血液流变学和免疫功能状态,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of penqiangyan granules in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory diseases.Methods A total of 73 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to our hospital from 2017 to 2018 were randomly divided into observation group(36 cases)and control group(37 cases).The control group was treated with ornidazole and the observation group adopted ornidazole combined with pelvic inflammatory granules. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results The differences in TCM syndromes score, plasma viscosity,total blood viscosity,total blood viscosity under high shear rate,interleukin-2 and tumor necrosis factor-alpha were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Penqiangyan granules can effectively improve the symptoms,hemorheology and immune function in patients with pelvic inflammatory disease,deserving extensive application.
