摘　　要：内耳疾病是一类以耳鸣、耳聋、眩晕为主要临床表现的疾病。其发病机制不清,过去通常认为与血管问题有关,如血栓、血管狭窄等,然而近期越来越多的研究发现,其可能与变态反应介导的多种因素相关。本文就内耳疾病中梅尼埃病可能的免疫相关发病机制,如I型变态反应、自身免疫、循环免疫复合物、免疫遗传等作一综述。Inner ear disease is characterized by tinnitus,deafness and vertigo.The pathogenesis remains unknown.In the past,it is considered to be related to vascular disease such as thrombus and hemadostenosis.However,more and more researches indicate that it may be associated with multiple factors mediated by allergy.This paper reviews some possible pathogenesis of Meniere disease,including type I allergy,autoimmunity,circulating immune complex and immune genetic.
