摘  要:大洋中脊超基性岩的蛇纹石化是普遍的地质过程,反应产生了蛇纹石、水镁石、磁铁矿等并释放氢,该过程可为洋中脊化能自养型微生物提供能量和生命物质,是生命起源主要的水岩变质反应。然而,在生命起源初期全球高浓度的CO2使超基性岩(包括科马提岩)同时发生蛇纹石化和碳酸盐化,这种情况下初始生命物质的产生机制与在洋中脊热液环境中截然不同。本文结合近年来有关超基性岩蛇纹石化和碳酸盐化的研究成果,系统介绍了贫CO2和富CO2条件下,超基性岩的蚀变机制、化学反应、蛇纹石化和碳酸盐化的耦合关系,以及氢气释放的有效途径及其制约因素,以增进对初始生命物质来源和生命起源演化的理解。Serpentinization of ultrabasic rocks in the mid-ocean ridge(MOR)is a common geological process during which serpentine,brucite,magnetite and other minerals are formed,and hydrogen is released.This process can provide energy and life matter for chemosynthetic microbial communities.It is main metamorphic hydration reaction in the origin of life. However,in the early stage of the life,high concentration of CO2 in global scale caused both serpentinization and carbonation of ultrabasic rocks (including komatiite).Thus,production mechanism of life matter under such condition is quite different from the MOR hydrothermal environment.Based on the recent studies on serpentinization and carbonation of ultrabasic rocks,the following aspects are introduced systematically in this paper:alteration and chemical reactions of ultraba- sic rocks under CO2-poor and CO2-rich,coupling of serpentinization and carbonation,and pathway and controlling factors of hydrogen release,which would enhance understanding of the generation of life matter and origin and evolution of life.
