摘  要:目的:探究胆木浸膏提取物的体外抗菌活性及抗菌谱,为其后续的研究与开发提供理论依据。方法:本实验以金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、肺炎链球菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、沙门氏菌、志贺氏痢疾杆菌等常见临床菌株为研究对象,以最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)作为抗菌活性的评价指标,采用微量法与平板法测试胆木浸膏提取物及阳性药青霉素对上述8种目标菌的抗菌活性。结果:胆木浸膏提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌和肺炎链球菌具有明显的抑菌活性,而对其他6种菌株在所测试的浓度范围内均无明显的抑菌作用。胆木浸膏提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC和MBC浓度范围分别为1.56%~3.13%和1.56%~25%;对肺炎链球菌的MIC和MBC浓度范围分别为1.56%~3.13%和3.13%。胆木浸膏提取物对42株金黄色葡萄球菌(临床敏感株和耐药株)的抗菌活性结果显示,除对耐甲氧西林黄色葡萄球菌耐药菌株的MBC浓度较大外,对其他菌株的MBC浓度基本与MIC浓度相当。这提示胆木浸膏提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果无选择性差别,而阳性药青霉素对临床耐药菌株基本无效。结论:胆木浸膏提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌和肺炎链球菌具有较好的抗菌活性,具有进一步开发的应用价值。Objective:To explore the in vitro antibacterial activity and antibacterial spectrum of extracts of Nauclea officinali,and provide theoretical basis for its subsequent research and development. Methods:This experiment takes Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Acinetobacter baumannii, Salmonella, Shigella dysenteriae and other common clinical strains as object, the minimum inhibition concentration(MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC) were used as the evaluation indexes of antibacterial activity, micromethod and the plate method was used to test the antibacterial activity of extracts of Nauclea officinali and the positive drug penicillin on the above eight target bacteria. Results:The extract of Nauclea officinali had significant antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pneumonia, while had no obvious bacteriostatic effect within the tested concentration range on the other six strains. The MIC and MBC concentrations of extract of Nauclea officinali against Staphylococcus aureus ranged from 1.56% to 3.13% and 1.56% to 25%, respectively;and the MIC and MBC concentrations of Streptococcus pneumonia ranged from 1.56% to 3.13% and 3.13%, respectively. The antibacterial activity of extracts of Nauclea officinali on 42 strains of Staphylococcus aureus(clinically sensitive and resistant strains) results revealed that the MBC concentration is basically equivalent to the MIC concentration, except for the MBC concentration of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus resistant strains. This indicated that there were no selective differences in bacteriostatic effect of against staphylococcus aureus by extracts of Nauclea officinali, the positive drug penicillin was basically ineffective against clinically resistant strains. Conclusion:The extract of Nauclea officinali has good antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pneumoniae, and has further application value.
