补肺阿胶汤联合酚妥拉明治疗支气管扩张咯血的疗效及对患者预后生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨支气管扩张咯血应用补肺阿胶汤联合酚妥拉明治疗的效果及对患者预后生活质量的影响。方法:随机选取本院2016年7月～2017年9月收治的支气管扩张咯血患者95例,依据不同治疗方法分为三组,31例予以补肺阿胶汤治疗为A组,31例予以酚妥拉明治疗为B组,33例予以补肺阿胶汤联合酚妥拉明治疗为C组,回顾性对比分析三组症状改善情况与生活质量。结果:治疗后:①C组咳血、咳嗽、发热、神疲懒言症候积分较A组、B组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②C组症状缓解、咯血停止时间与住院时长均较A组、B组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③C组生活质量评分较A组、B组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过补肺阿胶汤联合酚妥拉明治疗支气管扩张咯血可有效改善症状,进而提升生活质量,可积极选用。Objective:To investigate the effect of the treatment of bronchiectasis and hemoptysis by Bufei ejiao decoction and phentolamine and the effect on the quality of life of the patients.Methods:Randomly selected in our hospital from July 2016 to September 2017 were bronchiectasis in 95 cases,according to the different treatment methods were divided into three groups,31 cases treated with Bufei ejiao decoction treatment for the A group,31 cases were treated with phentolamine treatment for the B group,33 cases were treated with Bufei ejiao decoction plus phentolamine treatment for the C group,a retrospective analysis of three groups of symptoms and quality of life.Results:After treatment:①C group,hemoptysis,cough,fever,Shenpi lazy words syndrome score compared with A group and B group,with statistically significant(P<0.05);②C group,symptoms of hemoptysis stopped time and length of hospital stay were lower than A group,B group,with statistically significant(P<0.05);③C group quality of life score compared with A group and B group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of bronchiolus hemoptysis by Bufei ejiao decoction and phentolamine can effectively improve the symptoms of the patients and improve their quality of life,and can be selected actively.
