针刺结合三仁汤治疗中风后湿热中阻型便秘临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺结合三仁汤与普通麻仁软胶囊治疗中风后湿热中阻型便秘的疗效。方法:用随机数表法将中风后湿热中阻型便秘患者随机分为针刺加三仁汤组(观察组)42例及麻仁软胶囊组(对照组)40例,在醒脑开窍针刺等一般治疗基础上,观察组予针药结合治疗,针刺取穴:双侧支沟、天枢、水道、归来、左水道、左归来,中药用三仁汤加减;对照组予口服麻仁软胶囊。结果:治疗2周后,两组便秘积分均较治疗前降低,观察组在2周后便秘积分优于对照组;愈显率,观察组明显优于对照组。结论:针刺结合三仁汤治疗中风后湿热中阻型便秘疗效显著,简便易行,可较好地解除中风后便秘及预防再发心脑血管病。Objective:To observe the difference of the curative effect of acupuncture combined with Sanren decoction and common Ma Ren soft capsule in the treatment of post-stroke patients of damp-heat blocking middle Jiao constipation.Methods:Patients of damp-heat blocking middle jiao constipation after apoplexy were randomly divided into 42 cases of acupuncture plus Sanren decoction group and 40 cases of Ma Ren soft capsule group,both in the guidelines and prevention of cerebrovascular disease in China.Both the two groups were given basic Xingnaokaiqiao acupuncture combined with other general treatment according to the Guidelines for prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular disease in China,observation group was given Acupuncture Combined with Sanren Decoction,acupuncture points:bilateral Tianshu,Shuidao,Guilai,left Shuidao,Left Guilai,Chinese medicine with Sanren Deoction,the control group to oral Ma Ren Soft capsules.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of constipation in the two groups were lower than those before treatment.Compared with the control group,the constipation score in the observation group was better than that in the control group after 2 weeks.Acupuncture combined with Sanren decoction group was significantly better than Ma Ren soft capsule group in the significant cure rate.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Sanren Decoction is effective in the treatment of post-stroke damp-heat and obstructive constipation.It can be used to solve constipation and prevent recurrent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease.
