参苓灌洗液对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎家兔鼻黏液MBP的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察参苓灌洗液对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎家兔鼻黏液中主要碱性蛋白(MBP Major Basic Protein,MBP)的影响。方法:将60只日本大耳白兔随机分为A、B、C3组,每组20只,进行慢性鼻-鼻窦炎兔模型造模。造模后A组左侧鼻窦、B组右侧鼻窦、C组右侧鼻窦予参苓灌洗液灌洗鼻窦;A组右侧鼻窦予西药灌洗液,B组左侧鼻窦予3%高渗盐水,C组左侧鼻窦不注入药液。造模前、后,及治疗8周后用酶联免疫法检测家兔鼻黏液MBP含量。结果:3组造模前后MBP含量具有显著差异,除空白组外其余2组治疗后与造模后MBP含量有显著差异,参苓灌洗液组与西药组无明显差异,两组均优于高渗盐水组。结论:慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者存在病理性MBP增生,参苓灌洗液可通过减少其增生起到治疗作用。Objective:To observe the effect of Shenling Lavage Fluid on the content of MBP in nasal mucus of rabbits with chronic rhinosinusitis.Methods:The 60 rabbits were randomly divided into three groups:A,B and C groups;each group have 20 rabbits,and made to chronic nose-sinusitis model.And then we treat the left sinuses in group A,the right sinuses in group B,the right sinuses in group C with Shenling lavage.And treat the right sinuses in group A with antibiotic lavage,treat the left sinuses in group B with 3% Hypertonic saline,The left sinuses in group C were done nothing,sinuses washing everyday.The rabbit nasal mucus MBP content was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in before molding,after molding and after treatment for eight weeks .Results:There were significant differences in MBP content between the 3 groups before and after molding,except for the blank group,there was significant difference in the content of MBP for the other groups between after treatment and after modeling,the Senling Lavage liquid group and antibiotic lavage liquid group had no significant difference,the two groups were better than the saline group.Conclusion:Pathological MBP hyperplasia is present in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis,shenling lavage liquid can reduce the proliferation of MBP.
