摘 要:目的:研究采用新的中药炮制方法——盐炒法炮制鳙鱼鱼鳔。方法:分析盐炒前后鳙鱼鱼鳔所含营养成分,并初步比较鳙鱼鱼鳔与阿胶的成分组成。结果:盐炒后鳙鱼鱼鳔所含的蛋白质、胶原蛋白以及氨基酸的含量有所升高,与阿胶相比所含的蛋白质总量与氨基酸总量较高,更有营养价值。结论:鳙鱼鱼鳔富含的精氨酸与胶原蛋白对于促进精子的生成与健康具有积极作用。Objective:To explore a new Chinese herbal medicine processing called salt fried was investigated to process bighead carp swim-bladders.Method:The nutritional components of bighead carp swim-bladders were determined and compared before and after salt fried,the components were compared with donkey hide gelatin,too.Result:The content of protein,collagen and amino acid was increased after salt fried .And the total amount of protein and amino acid was higher than donkey hide gelatin,it has more nutrition.Conclusion:The rich of arginine and collagen in bighead carp swim-bladders was good for the formation of sperm.
