摘　　要：为缓解现代物流包裹包装的压力,实现以瓦楞纸板为包装材料的自动封装机的送料、成箱、叶片折弯、封箱等过程的自动化,以及设备在复杂环境下保持良好的适应性与稳定性,基于PLC设计了自动封装机控制系统。该控制系统硬件包括输入元件、控制器以及输出元件。在此基础上针对该封装工艺流程,基于Gx Developer编程环境,采用步进梯形图语言进行了程序的编制与调试。样机的试运行表明,该控制系统结构简单,可靠性与可维护性较高,能够自动、高效完成所有动作,提高了自动封装机的智能化和自动化水平。In order to alleviate the pressure of package packaging in modern logistics,realize the automation of feeding,packing,blade bending and sealing process of automatic packaging machine with corrugated cardboard box as packaging material,and maintain good adaptability and stability of equipment in complex environment,a control system of automatic packaging machine is designed based on PLC. The control system hardware includes input components,controllers,and output components. Based on the Gx Developer programming environment,the programming and debugging of the program were performed using stepladder language. The trial operation of the prototype shows that the control system is simple in structure,high in reliability and maintainability,which can automatically and efficiently complete all actions and improves the level of intelligent and automation of the automatic packaging machines.
