摘 要:通为设计结构简单和可靠性高的天线,该文提出了基于半模基片集成波导(HMSIW)结构技术的一种四元双频谐振缝隙天线。该天线在半模基片集成波导结构上增加缝隙单元,改变了HMSIW谐振腔的波导辐射结构。通过电磁仿真软件对提出的天线结构进行了建模,利用波导等效电路模型来研究HMSIW缝隙阵列天线的谐振特性,获取天线的结构参数,探讨了双频辐射特性。仿真与实验测试结果表明,该双频缝隙天线可工作于C波段(5.54 GHz和7.74 GHz),且天线增益均高于5.9 dBi,有助于研制小体积高增益天线。In order to design a simple and reliable antenna,a novel quaternary dual-frequency resonant slot antenna based on half-mode integrated circuit(HMSIW) structure technology is proposed. The antenna adds a slot unit to the half-mold substrate integrated waveguide structure,changing the waveguide radiation structure of the HMSIW resonator.The proposed antenna structure was modeled by using electromagnetic simulation software. The waveguide equivalent circuit model was used to study the resonance characteristics of the HMSWW slot array antenna,and the structural parameters of the antenna were obtained. The dual-frequency radiation characteristics were discussed. Simulation and experimental results show that the dual-band slot antenna can work in C-band(5.54 GHz and 7.74 GHz),and the antenna gain is higher than 5.9 dBi,which is helpful for the development of small-volume high-gain antennas.
