摘 要:随着人们生活水平的不断提高,肥胖已逐渐成为影响公众健康生活的"疾病",运动作为十分有效的控制体重方式,目前对如何制定科学合理的运动方案,使运动在控制体重增加中发挥最大的作用,仍没有系统的研究。本研究通过小鼠跑步机运动训练对运动量进行控制,并记录其体重变化,进而分析运动量对体重增加的控制效果。结果表明,每天70%左右最大摄氧量的跑步机运动1h对小鼠体重增加的控制效果最好,这为人类科学合理的运动减肥方案的设计提供了实证支持。With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,obesity has gradually become a disease influents public health.Exercise as a very effective way of controlling body weight.However,currently there is no systematic study on how to formulate a scientific and reasonable exercise program to make exercise play the greatest role in controlling weight gain.This study controls the amount of exercise,the basic index of exercise,by treadmill training of mice,records their weight changes,and then analyzes the effect of exercise on weight gain controlling.. The results showed that exercise on a treadmill with a maximum oxygen intake of about 70% for 1 hour every day had the best control effect on weight gain in mice,which provided empirical support for the design of scientific and reasonable program to lose weight through exercise.
