摘  要:以聚醚砜(PES)与杂萘联苯共聚醚砜(PPBES)为膜材料,通过溶液共混,采用相转化法制备了PES/PPBES共混超滤膜.结合差示扫描量热分析仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、旋转黏度计、接触角测量仪、扫描电子显微镜、万能材料试验机等,分析了PES/PPBES共混比例对铸膜液相容性、铸膜液黏度、超滤膜结构和性能等的影响规律.实验结果表明,当共混物中PPBES质量分数低于20%时,PPBES与PES具有较好的相容性;实验范围内,PES/PPBES中空纤维共混超滤膜均有较高的牛血清蛋白(BSA)截留率,膜的亲水性明显提高,纯水通量显著增加,当PPBES质量分数为30%时,纯水通量可达到60.5L/(m^2·h),是PES膜的2.5倍左右.Poly(ether sulfone)(PES)and copoly(phthalazinone biphenyl ether sulfone)(PPBES)have been to prepare PES/PPBES blend ultrafiltration membranes.The effect of blend ratio of PES and PPBES on the compatibility,the viscosity of casting solution and the properties of the resulting ultrafiltration membranes were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry, Fourier transform infraredspectrometry,rotational viscometry,contact angle measurements,scanning electron microscopy and universal material testing machine measurements.The experimental results showed that when the content of PPBES in the blend was less than 20%,PPBES and PES had good compatibility;in these experiments,the hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane showed a high rejection of bovine serum albumin(BSA).With increasing PPBES content in the blend,the pure water flux increased significantly and the membrane′s hydrophilicity was greatly improved.When the PPBES content was 30%,the pure water flux of the PES/PPBES blend membrane reached 60.5 L/(m^2·h),which was about 2.5 times that of the PES membrane.
