摘 要:当今世界经济全球化发展中,国际服务贸易的战略地位不断上升。目前,美国是世界最大的服务贸易国家,在全球服务贸易中的国际竞争实力领先。美国服务贸易最大顺差来自旅游服务、专业服务、金融服务以及知识产权服务。2017年,我国服务贸易总额46991亿元,但出口量仍远小于进口量,服务贸易逆差16177亿元。我国服务贸易进出口比重最大的三类是旅行、运输和其他商业服务,知识产权出口增长率大幅提升,电信、计算机和信息服务保持均衡快速增长,但与美国相比仍有较大差距。应积极研究美国服务贸易发展趋势,为加快推动我国从贸易大国向服务贸易强国转变提供决策依据。In the current globalization of the world economy,the strategic position of international service trade is rising.At present,the United States is the largest country in service trade of the world,leading global service trade competition.The largest trade surplus in U.S.service trade comes from travel services,professional services,financial services,and intellectual property services.In 2017,China's total trade in services was 4699.1 billion RMB yuan, but the export was still smaller than the import volume,with service trade deficits at 1617.7 billion RMB yuan.The three major categories of China's service trade import and export are travel,transportation and other commercial services.The growth rate of intellectual property exports has increased substantially,and telecommunications,computer and information services have maintained a balanced rapid growth,but there is still a large gap compared with the United States.We should actively study the main trends of U.S.service trade and provide a basis for decision -making in order to accelerate the transformation of China from a major trading country to a service trade power.
