摘　　要：近些年来随着大连对外开放程度不断提高,越来越多的大连企业开始从事对外贸易活动,对外贸易迅猛发展,与此同时大连出口企业开始遭遇越来越多的反倾销调查。通过介绍大连企业贸易发展的现状,遭遇反倾销调查的原因,分析了大连企业应对反倾销面临的问题,并提出了相应的解决方案。A rising number of organizations in Dalian that work in external trade is booming with the highly improvement of openness in recent years,The amount of exported impacted the foreign commodity is on the increase which markets.The firms that specialize in trade of exportation,therefore,are under investigation.The essay discusses about the present condition,the features and reason on anti-dumping,the unsolved problems against it and optional solutions of corporations in Dalian.
