黑龙江省农村产业精准扶贫问题浅析

摘　　要：当前黑龙江省脱贫攻坚已经进入关键期和冲刺阶段。在分析黑龙江省农村产业精准扶贫现状的基础上,发现还存在农村产业精准扶贫缺乏产业增收途径,缺乏利益联接体制,农村产业精准扶贫项目与实际脱节,农村产业精准扶贫项目规划不合理等问题。提出以下对策建议:发展致富产业,提升产业扶贫带动能力,创新发展机制,增强产业支撑保障能力,加强扶贫工作的监督管理,加大产业扶贫宣传力度。At present,poverty alleviation in Heilongjiang has entered a critical stage and a sprint stage.On the basis of analyzing the present situation of rural industry precise poverty alleviation in Heilongjiang Province,it is found that there are still some problems which are difficult to solve.The following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:to develop the rich industry,to enhance the driving capacity of industrial poverty alleviation,to innovate the development mechanism,to enhance the industrial support and security capacity,to strengthen the supervision and management of poverty alleviation,and to increase the propaganda of industrial poverty alleviation.
