摘 要:为了提高葡萄插条成活率和扦插后生长量,研究了不同催根处理方法电热温床、冷床、地暖和火炕催根对温度均衡性、生根特性、幼苗生长特性、生产成本和操作方便程度的影响。结果表明:不同处理方法中采用地暖催根后,插条生根率、生根数、根长和扦插成活率、新梢长度、基部粗度、第三节节间距均最高,分别为92. 17%、6. 50条/根、1. 62cm、90. 16%、23. 12cm、9. 82mm、14. 85cm,较对照火炕催根(CK)分别提高了22. 50%、166. 39%、70. 53%、26. 49%、39. 87%、51. 54%、79. 78%,差异均达到极显著水平(P <0. 01),且新梢芽体饱满,温度调控操作方便。建议有条件的苗圃采用地暖催根提高插条成活率和生长量。In order to increase survival rate and growth of grape cuttings,the effects of different promoting methods electric heater bed,cold bed,ground heater and earthen bed on temperature equilibrium,rooting characteristics,seeding growth characteristics,producing cost and ease of operation were studied.The result showed that the rooting rate,rooting number,root length,survival rate,shoot length,base diameter and third knot interval of ground heater were the highest in all treatments,which were 92.17%,6.50/plant,1.62cm,90.16%, 23.12cm,9.82mm,14.85cm separately,increased 22.50%,166.39%,70.53%,26.49%,39.87%, 51.54%,79.78%compare to earthen bed (CK),and the root bud was plump,the temperature controlling operation was easy,all difference were extremely significant(P <0.01).So ground heater was suggested to increase survival rate and growth of cuttings in nursery.
